Midday Workout

Special Hours Notice:

We want to thank you for your continued patience over these last few months. In coordination with the governor’s announcement this week regarding indoor fitness facilities, the Kaplan Center will be opening on Saturday, September 12th at 10:00am.

For the fall semester, our hours of operation will be:
Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 10:00pm
Friday 6:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday 10:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday 10:00am – 10:00pm

Over the next week, we will be updating our website and communicating details regarding your membership and important considerations when visiting the Kaplan Center.

Get your heartrate up with this quick HIIT workout between online classes or meetings. Complete each move for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off for 3 rounds through the entire thing. 21 minutes total.

 

  • Burpee with push-up and jump (40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest)
  • Four square fast feet (40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest)
  • Lateral leaps (40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest)
  • Plank jacks (40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest)
  • Forward squat jumps (40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest)
